At the Alpenzu Mountain Hut, the cuisine celebrates the authentic flavours of the Lys Valley. Among our dishes, you will find traditional specialities from the Aosta Valley and Gressonara, such as polenta with carbonada and the typical Walser gnocchetti, the Chnefflene.
