Only dishes made with fresh produce
The refuge offers mainly simple and well-maintained dishes from the tradition of the Aosta Valley and Gressonary, from polenta with carbonada to the typical Walser dumplings, "chnefflene".
We favor the use of fresh and local products, in collaboration with the farm "Paysage à manger" in Gressoney and with the alpine pasture adjoining the fresh cheese.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
